With participation from the Planning Commission; Health Ministry, Government of India; Patients & Patient Advocates; Non-Profit organizations; Eye specialists and Retinal experts; Public Health Experts; Insurance companies and representatives; Industry representatives; etc., it promises to build on what has been discussed in the first round in Hyderabad.
